At last, Jolly Bastin’s ambitious project ‘Ninagaagi Kaadiruve’ is getting ready for release. The film, which was launched almost a year ago, was bogged down by many problems.
In the beginning, producer Satish Babu accused Jolly of misusing funds. Later, lead actress Pooja Gandhi accused the director of not paying her remuneration in full. Many such troubles followed and the film got delayed by more than 10 months.
‘Ninagaagi Kaadiruve’ has Pooja Gandhi dubbing in her own voice for the first time in Kannada. Vishal Hegde plays hubby to Pooja Gandhi. Though not much detail has been divulged about this film, sources say it’s an action-love story.
Well known cameraman P Rajan returns back to Kannada with this film again. Robin Gurang, the music director who composed music for ‘Thaali Kattuva Shubha Vele’, is also back.
