'Nootrukku Nooru' stars Vinay Rai and Sneha in the lead.
Kadhal Sandhya and yesteryear heroine Kasthuri have prominent roles in the film, directed by Selva. The movie is a remake of its namesake released in 1971, which starred Jaishankar, Lakshmi, Srividya and Vijayalalitha in the lead.
'Nootrukku Nooru' has lots of thrills and suspense elements in it. The hero is a college professor, who is being accused of molestation by three girls just before his marriage. The hero's fiancé starts investigating the case with able help from her friends. What happens next forms the crux of the film.
The cast includes Neelima, Karthika, Hema Chowdhary and Salim Ghouse. Iman composes the music for the film.
