Just when Supreetha is being flooded with offers, she has seriously injured herself in a bike accident in Mangalore. Her right leg is fractured and will need at least two months for recovery.
The lead role in 'Kaalgejje', a film based on the life of a bharathanatyam dancer, was initially offered to Supreetha. But child artiste-turned-heroine Roopika has replaced her.
Supreetha will be replaced by Rani in a song in 'Parole'. Supreetha and Rani share screen space in this movie and Supreetha has almost finished her portion except for a song which featured herself with Suraj. Now director Rajashekhar has planned to shoot the same song with Rani and Pradeep.
Supreetha's 'Yellello Neene Nannalloo Neene' has also been postponed for another two months. Supreetha had recently participated in the film's song shooting which was concluded in Malaysia. The talkie portion of the film was supposed to start shortly and the now the shooting has been postponed for another two months.
