It seems newcomer Catherine Tresa, a Bangalore-based model, would make it big in Sandalwood as several good offers are coming her way.
Catherine made her debut with Vijay starrer 'Shankar I P S'. In the film, Catherine plays a model and Vijay, an IPS officer who rescues her from danger.
Even before Catherine finished her work for 'Shankar I P S', the actress has been approached to star with Sudeep in a new film to be directed by S Narayan. The film a remake of Tamil hit 'Samy', which starred Vikram in the lead.
Catherine, born to Malayali parents, was one of the ten finalists in the Miss India beauty pageant last year. She has modelled for many ads.
