From reel matters to real touches. In researching for his role in 'Guzaarish', Roshan Jr. was so moved by the plight of the paraplegics that he altruistically agreed to sponsor the complete medical treatment of 10 paraplegics from different city hospitals in Mumbai.
A close source states, "Actually, Hrithik was quite disturbed when he came across some of these youngsters who were quite helpless due to paraplegia and that's when he decided to help them out."
