She's got no let up! Deepika Padukone has to merely look up a man… and the gossip mills spin into overdrive. Reportedly, the latest smitten lad on her list is… Siddharth Mallya, scion of liquor baron Vijay Mallya.
Padukone who is known to support the Bangalore Royal Challengers team was in the metro recently for their IPL match against Kings XI Punjab. As his team speeded to victory, a thrilled Mallya Jr gushed to DP stating, "You are my lucky mascot," even as the model star blushed!
The Mallya Boy and Padukone have been reported to be pals ever since the time DP took to modelling, but the closeness has assumed deeper connotations, swear close sources.
When queried on the prickly issue by the media, Padukone, expectedly, has swatted down all such talk. "It's unfair to give me credit when it's the boys who are playing out there in the field," she states. "I've always been a big fan of sports."
